Thank you for visiting, we hope that you find our channel ##mobile located on Freenode a valuable resource. Our Staff and users typically will help with any general technical support issue, however, our main focus at this time is mobile phones and pocketpc's. Please join and feel free to ask your question, but please remain idle for an answer as 99% of the time someone will be able to assist if you are patient.
While we invite users of all ages to join in on the conversation, and as they also provide their own advice, we must also make it clear that IRC and the Internet are an open forum, subject to free speech. So if you don't like something you read or a link you click on, remember, we are doing this on our own free time, without any payment. That in its self says that we are crazy and cannot be trusted.
- Use your common sense. The same basic rules apply on IRC as in real life.
- When entering the channel, make sure to read the channel topic; it may contain important information.
- Don't speak entirely in all-capitals, or 1337-speak, or foul language - and please speak English. (If you require support in another language because you are not fluent in English, please ask for help in English and we may be able to help or direct you to someone who can).
- Do not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to a ##mobile staff member or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Do not transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.
- No porn.
